To the best of our ability we trace herein the history of wine from the biblical Noah to the Fall of the Roman Empire, following in the steps of those understanding the importance of wine, either from a mystical, religious, commercial or, better, cultural point of view. We observe it's development since earliest civilizations as it became more and more refined and until it’s happy arrival to the Mediterranean.
We thus followed this continuity to show the famed beverage which is, after water, the most sought by humanity.
